Instructions for Poster Presenters
Poster Session is between 14:00 and 15:00 on Thursday, April 8 in the International Hall (second floor). You are expected to be present at your poster during Poster Session to answer questions of visitors.
Poster: 90 cm width by 190 cm height Title, name, affiliation: 70 cm width by 20 cm height
Please prepare your posters to fit in this size.
Each presenter is responsible for preparing their posters with the title, name(s) of author(s)
and institution(s).
Your posters should be set up between 10:00 and 12:30 on Wednesday, April 7.
Please display your poster at the assigned location. Your poster number [P01-P62] will appear in the program book as well as the poster board. You can find your poster number here.
Mounting material will be provided on site.
Please remove your poster between 13:00 and 14:15 on Friday, 9 April.
Any posters remaining over the removal time will be disposed by the secretariat.
Instructions for Oral Presenters
Each presenting author will have 15 minutes (10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion) to present the paper, and plenary speakers will have 45 minutes.
Please prepare your data in Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 or 2007 and preview your presentation data at the preview desk at least one hour prior to your presentation. To avoid display problems with your presentation, use only standard OS fonts such as Times New Roman, Arial, Arial Black, Arial Narrow, Century, Century Gothic, Courier, Courier New, or Georgia.
Only USB flash memories and CD-Rs are accepted. MOs, floppy disks, and CD-RWs cannot be accepted.
Windows is the only operating system available for the presentations. If you have prepared the presentation data on a Mac, you are advised to bring your own computer.
If you bring your own computer,
A. The secretariat will prepare a Mini D-sub 15 pin PC cable connector. If your computer is not compatible with this cable connector, please bring an adaptor to connect your computer to the Mini D-sub 15 pin cable connector.
B. Please bring your AC adaptor with you.
C. Please also bring your presentation data on a media (either on USB flash memory or CD-R) as a backup file.
The secretariat is responsible for erasing all copies of any data after the session.
