The deadline for early registration has been extended to 15 March 1st March 2010.

Due to the traffic overload to our database server,  the abstract submission system was not available in some cases. The online submission system has now been recovered. We apologize for your inconvenience.

We extend the deadline for abstract submission to 2nd February 2010.
